Shipping Conditions

We deliver to Germany, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Germany: Free shipping on orders over €85. For orders below €85, shipping costs are €3.80 per order. We ship within 1–2 business days after receiving your order.

International Deliveries:

For deliveries to Spain, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order – free shipping on orders over €90.

Returns

Return shipping is free for you: Request your return via our returns portal or by email, and we will provide you with a return label.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
