How long does the delivery take?

Germany: 3–5 business days. Other EU countries: 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract. You can find the production time on the respective product page.

How much is the shipping?

Germany: €3.99 – free shipping on orders over €80. EU countries (AT, BE, CZ, DK, ES, FR, LU, MC, NL, PL): €5.99 flat rate per order.

Do you deliver to Switzerland?

Yes, via our partners (exporto / MeinEinkauf.ch) at Swiss domestic rates. Please contact us in advance at support@ap10-studios.com.

Where can I find the tracking link for my order?

In your shipping confirmation email. You can also check the status at any time in your customer account under "Orders".

I haven't received an order confirmation – what now?

Please check your spam folder first. If you don't find it there, please send us a brief message with your order number. support@ap10-studios.com.

What frame colors are available?

You can select the standard colors directly on the product page. Special colors are available upon request.

Can the logo be removed or replaced with my own?

Yes, for an additional fee. Please inquire before ordering and send us your logo file (vector preferred) by email.

Complaints & Returns

My picture arrived damaged – what should I do?

Please send us a photo of the damage to support@ap10-studios.comWe will send you a replacement free of charge via express delivery.

How does the return process work?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns are easily processed via our returns portal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

I paid twice – will I get a refund?

Yes. The refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method and will take a few business days.
